Since 2009 I have been the lead graphic designer for this program, which fosters cultural understanding through literature. Each year, I request and obtain permission from publishers to use the cover art of selected books, and then modify the dimensions and format of these images for printing.

After I add new and updated content (e.g., titles, book descriptors), I involve several program volunteers to proofread. Once the majority approves of the changes and updates, the brochure is sent to participating and area libraries, schools, and other educational institutions for mass distribution.
