Toy Swap at the Elk Grove Library

DETAILS
The Art Director at the Elk Grove Library came to me asking for an eye-catching poster design for a
seasonal swap planned the following month. I was given free reign on the aesthetics and layout, as long as it included all the pertinent
information - date, time, location, additional details.
I drew my inspiration from vintage toy ads, specifically from print designs from the 1950s and 1960s. The most iconic image from those eras was the robot, and so I incorporated it into the design.
It's been well received and re-used for several different toy swaps since the first one.
